My path was not traditional. After being laid off during the 2008 recession, I spent years rebuilding — earning my high school diploma, then a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and finally my MBA.
Along the way, I worked in retail delivery fleet management — where I saw firsthand how product businesses break down under growth. Too many hats. No systems. Great owners doing everything wrong just to keep things moving.
